Refund & Return Policy

We want every piece to feel considered. If something is not right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, swimwear, bodysuits and intimates cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is removed.

How to return

Email us with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and next steps within one business day. Return shipping is arranged by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Bundle discounts are recalculated if a return brings the order below the bundle threshold.
